Relayyy support

For help with Relayyy, email hello@relayyy.app. Include your app version, device model and what happened. Avoid sending team codes or personal roster details unless they are needed to investigate your request.

Join a team

Open Team, choose Join a Team and enter your captain's six-character code. You can also scan the team's QR code on a supported device. Manual entry is available if the camera is unavailable.

Sync and offline timing

Tap the sync indicator to see the connection status and updates that need attention. Keep the app open with an internet connection when retrying. Keep local race data until you have confirmed that the information you need is saved.

Nearby handoff

Keep both devices open in Relayyy with Wi-Fi enabled and Local Network permission granted. Use the nearby handoff QR invitation. Check the receiving device's race state before continuing timing there.

Diagnostic logs

Open Team, then Privacy & Support, then Export Logs. Export is also available from the sync status screen. Review the file before sharing it with support.
